Elephant Cabs offers taxi and travel services across major cities in Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa, and other regions. Our offerings include one-way taxi rides, round trips, local sightseeing, airport transfers, corporate travel, wedding transportation, and group tours. We provide a wide range of vehicle options including sedans, SUVs, tempo travellers, luxury cars, and buses to suit every travel need.

When booking a cab through our platform, users are required to provide accurate personal and travel details. Certain bookings may require advance payment, and all payments are processed securely via trusted gateways. Please note that the final fare may include additional costs like tolls, parking charges, night charges, inter-state taxes, and waiting time, depending on the route and nature of the trip. All bookings are subject to availability, and Elephant Cabs reserves the right to accept or decline any request at its discretion.

Customers may cancel their bookings by contacting us via phone or email. Bookings canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund. However, late cancellations or no-shows could result in a cancellation fee or loss of the advance amount. Refunds, if applicable, are typically processed within 7–10 working days.

Passengers using Elephant Cabs are expected to maintain proper conduct during the ride. Damaging the vehicle, misbehaving with drivers, carrying illegal substances, or engaging in any form of unlawful activity is strictly prohibited. We request passengers to check and carry all their belongings before exiting the vehicle, as we are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

At Elephant Cabs, we take great care in offering clean, comfortable, and well-maintained vehicles operated by courteous and trained drivers. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or service interruptions due to external factors such as traffic conditions, weather disturbances, road closures, or natural calamities. In such cases, we will make every effort to minimize inconvenience and offer alternative arrangements where feasible.

All base fares listed on our website are exclusive of additional charges such as driver allowances, tolls, or other applicable surcharges. These costs will be communicated clearly at the time of confirmation. Taxes such as GST will be added as per applicable government regulations.

If you need to modify your booking details—such as travel time, pickup location, or vehicle type—please contact us as early as possible. While we do our best to accommodate changes, any amendments will depend on availability and may result in a revised fare.

All the content on our website, including images, logos, text, and other visual materials, is the intellectual property of Elephant Cabs. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content for commercial or personal purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
